Who we are

As Founder of AI-Hameed Arshad Foundation, I’m filled with gratitude to witness the growing spirit of service and compassion in our community. What began as a humble initiative has evolved into a movement of care, dignity, and empowerment for those in need. There was a time when life stood still for me first, with the passing of my grandfather, and soon after, with the departure of my beloved father. In that moment, it felt as though everything had ended. Life became a blank page, silent and directionless. But it was in that very void of grief that a revelation took root within my heart: life is not meant to be spent in sorrow; it is meant to be spent in service. I realised that true living begins when one rises from personal pain to wipe the tears of others, to stand with those who face misery, rejection, hunger, and the absence of basic resources. This Foundation is not just an institution – it is a tribute to that moment of awakening. Our mission is to support widows, empower women, provide dowry support, offer free healthcare, feed families with dignity, and nurture students. Each step we take is a commitment to honour, care, and uplift. May Allah grant us the strength to continue touching hearts with compassion, dignity, and trust
